Skilled Nursing Facility Management
Adir Management LLC provides practical, accountable management support for skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Its principals currently own and operate a skilled nursing facility in New Hampshire and are under contract for additional facilities, giving Adir a real operator’s perspective while keeping the company focused on disciplined management of day-to-day operations, staffing, compliance, budgeting, and owner reporting nationwide.
About Adir
Adir Management LLC provides hands-on management support for skilled nursing and long-term care facilities that require stronger oversight, transition support, cost control, staffing coordination, regulatory focus, or a reliable day-to-day operating partner. Leadership
Principal & Healthcare Operator
Aaron Beller is a seasoned healthcare operator and consultant with more than seventeen years of experience in the long-term care industry. He began his career at a skilled nursing facility in Queens, New York, where he was involved in facility management and marketing while completing his master’s degree.
Following graduate school, Aaron served as a consultant on long-term care acquisitions totaling more than $500 million across multiple states, advising on underwriting, reimbursement, case mix, labor trends, census strategy, referral relationships, life-safety requirements, and compliance matters.
In 2014, Aaron co-founded Serene Health Services, a housekeeping, laundry, and dietary services platform serving skilled nursing facilities across six states with approximately 1,000 staff members. Aaron later helped launch Adir Management LLC with Avi Berger to bring that operator-led discipline directly into skilled nursing facility management. Through a separate ownership group, Aaron and Avi currently own and operate a skilled nursing facility in New Hampshire, where Aaron remains focused on facility-level operations, regulatory readiness, staffing coordination, vendor management, and practical day-to-day oversight. Adir Management was created to offer that same hands-on operating discipline to owners and stakeholders seeking a capable management partner.
Partner
Avi Berger is an experienced operator and investor with a background in real estate, structured finance, healthcare support services, and multi-site operating businesses. He began his career in mortgage and finance, developing expertise in underwriting, capital structures, asset-based lending, and financial analysis.
In 2014, Avi co-founded Serene Health Services, overseeing financial management, budgeting, business-office operations, compliance oversight, and quality control. In 2021, he co-founded ISH Dining Services, a dining and housekeeping platform serving long-term care facilities in Pennsylvania. Across affiliated operating platforms, Avi and his partners now oversee more than $50 million in annual revenue.
Avi later helped launch Adir Management LLC with Aaron Beller to expand the team’s direct skilled nursing management platform. Through a separate ownership group, Avi and Aaron currently own and operate a skilled nursing facility in New Hampshire, giving Avi hands-on facility-level operating experience and a direct role in the management of budgeting, business-office oversight, staffing coordination, compliance follow-through, vendor controls, and operational reporting. Adir Management was built to promote and provide that management capability to facilities, owners, investors, and lenders seeking stronger operational oversight.
