Leadership
Principal & Healthcare Operator
Aaron Beller is a seasoned healthcare operator and consultant with more than seventeen years of experience in the healthcare industry. He began his career at a skilled nursing facility in Queens, New York, where he was involved in facility management and marketing while completing his master’s degree.
Following graduate school, Aaron served as a consultant on long-term care acquisitions totaling more than $500 million across multiple states, advising on underwriting, reimbursement, case mix, labor trends, census strategy, referral relationships, life-safety requirements, and compliance matters.
In 2014, Aaron co-founded Serene Health Services, a housekeeping, laundry, and dietary services platform serving skilled nursing facilities across six states with approximately 1,000 staff members. Aaron co-founded Adir Healthcare LLC to bring that operator-led discipline directly into healthcare facility management. Through Adir, Aaron remains focused on facility-level operations, regulatory readiness, staffing coordination, vendor management, and practical oversight. Adir Healthcare was created to offer hands-on operating discipline to owners, lenders, and stakeholders seeking a capable management partner.
